Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager in Burlington, MA to lead daily store operations, hire and train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes sales leadership, training delivery, and maintaining an engaging, inclusive work environment on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage store’s hiring strategy, including planning needs, recruitment strategy, projected turnover, and leaves of absence.
• Assist in onboarding to acclimate new team members to Lids.
• Engage team by creating a fun and productive environment, including helping them understand how their work supports objectives.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by adhering to standards like dress code.
• Perform people-related actions to update team member information and schedules.
• Lead and monitor store’s ongoing training strategy and new programs.
• Address employee concerns, escalating when needed to HR or support teams.
• Drive team engagement with recognition, check-ins, and performance documentation.
• Collaborate across store channels and districts via internal platforms.
