Goodwill Industries of Tulsa, Inc. is seeking a store management professional to assist in operating the store in line with company policies and to provide an optimum shopping environment for customers.

This is a full-time management position with hourly pay plus benefits. The role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager I in daily duties, including sales planning, merchandising, supervising staff, and ensuring security and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in retail apparel management.
• Two years supervisory experience and merchandising skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing plans to meet daily sales goals and improve sales per transaction and per square foot.
• Supervise merchandise arrangement, visual displays, and space allocation; manage an assigned area.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager I.
• Ensure friendly customer service and respond to management requests in a helpful manner.
• Assist with training and supervision of client/trainees as directed by the store manager.
• Verify merchandise quantities, quality, and pricing; report necessary adjustments.
• Control inventory and prevent losses under the Store Manager's direction.
• Maintain cash and store receipts security; perform bank deposits as authorized.
• Attend all in-service trainings, including First Aid/CPR.
• Perform cash register transactions and open/close store; supervise housekeeping and recovery duties.
