Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of department managers and receivers. You will ensure safety, quality, and customer service while modeling Sprouts values in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years retail leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and store systems. This role is on-site with opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business-related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• Proven success leading non-perishable and perishable operations with P&L, safety, staffing.
• Professional communication, detail-oriented, analytical, solution-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, HR software.

Responsabilidades

• Direct store processes to drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of ~10 Department Managers and Receivers with integrity and care.
• Maintain safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.
• Oversee inventory, invoicing, backroom, and displays.
• Address emergencies and resolve issues with urgency.
• Support staffing, training, and leadership development.
