Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or retail management or related field.
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required.
• 3 years of management experience required; leadership and high performance culture encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and coach staff; maintain succession planning.
• Manage budget, resources, and store operations to meet SOPs and KPI targets.
