Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Conyers, GA to lead daily store operations and drive profit by implementing company guidelines for sales, service, and associate development.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, scheduling, safety, and adherence to SOPs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and collaboration with the General Manager and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience, proven ability to direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and a self-starter attitude.
• Proven recruitment, hiring, and training capabilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll and expenses.
• Ability to enforce scheduling, safety and SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store operations and profitability per company guidelines.
• Review P&L and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise inventory, cycle counts and POS accuracy.
• Assist GM with HR matters and loss prevention
• Ensure cash handling controls and reporting to finance
• Maintain store presentation, brand and operating standards.
