Living Spaces in Memphis is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team toward excellence in guest experience, employee culture, and financial results. You will oversee daily operations, implement strategy, and coordinate KPI-driven plans with cross-functional partners to grow the business.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 5 years in customer-facing roles, and 3 years in management. You’ll drive talent development and ensure consistent brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, sales, merchandising or related field preferred.
• 5 years direct customer interactive environment experience required; 3 years of management experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to meet sales, guest experience and financial goals.
• Develop and execute a strategy to grow the business and achieve OKRs.
• Own the P&L and manage budget, staffing and operations.
• Recruit, coach and develop leaders; establish a bench of talent.
• Ensure brand presentation aligns with Style Guides and SOPs.
