Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching associates to achieve store goals and KPI.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining store standards and completing open/close tasks.
• Review and communicate action plans to ensure tasks are completed daily/weekly/monthly.
• Improve metric-based goals by tracking progress and communicating results.
• Increase sales by leveraging inventory reports and merchandising presentations.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Manage omni activities and inventory-related tasks including MOOS, freight receipt and product placement.
