Living Spaces Furniture seeks a Sales Manager to lead store departments, execute the guest engagement model, and drive top performance while maintaining high guest satisfaction. The role requires a four-wall holistic approach to business operations.

The position includes staffing, training, development of leaders, and ownership of sales floor outcomes, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and transparent communication to build a strong bench of talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in direct customer interactive environment; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing coverage to meet productivity and efficiency.
• Train and develop team; foster high-performance culture.
• Lead Supervisors to execute Guest Engagement Model.
• Own sales floor and financial outcomes via standard work.
• Engage guests to assess execution of Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Handle escalated guest situations and resolutions.
• Develop business plans for people and process based on scorecards.
