Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store departments, drive guest engagement, and exceed targets through coaching, performance management, and Sales Floor Leadership. This role requires a four-wall holistic approach to business operations with a focus on staffing and training.

The position emphasizes executing the Guest Engagement Model, developing a bench of leaders, and delivering superior guest satisfaction across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to meet standard work expectations and optimize productivity.
• Recruit, lead and develop team members; foster high-performance culture.
• Own sales floor and financial outcomes through Sales and Operations standard work.
• Engage both team members and guests to assess execution of Guest Engagement Model.
• Handle escalated guest situations and resolutions.
• Set clear expectations and coach/mentor team members.
• Open and close store as needed, secure premises and alarms.
