Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years leading associates in a large retail environment with >$20M in annual sales, or 5 years with similar scope.
• 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience building partnerships within the community.
• Experience analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions and business planning.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional and timely service to all customers who shop the store.
• Monitor the performance, profitability, and flow-through of store plans and programs.
• Champion and implement strategic asset protection plans that improve safety and security outcomes.
• The Store Manager manages the overall store operations (expenses, merchandising standards, compliance, safety, security, and workforce).
• Work closely with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s business strategy within the store.
• Build and support a store culture aligned to Lowe’s mission, recruit and develop talent, drive sales and service strategies, and analyze data to inform store strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
