Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee all store activities in the Store Manager’s absence and to exemplify the company’s Mission and Values. The successful candidate will lead store associates, drive aggressive customer service, and manage merchandising, operations, and safety to meet budgeted goals.

The role requires expertise in company culture, local market knowledge, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop a team while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store leadership and operations.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive sales.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of safety, forklift and DOT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and ensure CNRG’s Mission and Values remain forefront in daily business.
• Ensure aggressive customer service is defined to associates and demonstrated as part of total store operations.
• Assist in achieving store budgeted goals through key associates and/or own actions.
• Properly merchandising the retail sales floor to company set standards.
• Verify merchandise is received, stored and merchandised in all departments according to procedures.
• Monitor delivery procedures to ensure timely loading and prompt customer service.
