Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee store operations in the absence of salaried management. You will model our Mission and Values, deliver aggressive customer service, and guide associates to meet budgeted goals.

This role requires leadership, training of new staff, merchandising oversight, cycle counts, safety, and inventory control. You’ll stay informed on programs and market conditions to drive sales and customer satisfaction, including weekends,

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership and problem solving in a retail setting.
• Strong oral and written communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understanding aggressive customer service and teamwork to meet store goals.
• Ability to learn and apply store programs, procedures, and merchandising guidelines.
• Capable of reading data and using it to coordinate merchandise and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and uphold CNRG Mission and Values to all associates.
• Provide aggressive customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise assigned associates and maintain high enthusiasm and energy.
• Train new hires in product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Maintain floor appearance, stock areas, and create effective merchandise displays.
• Coordinate merchandise orders to meet sales trends and demand.
• Complete cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure safety and address hazards; enforce store policies and procedures.
