Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) seeks a Team Leader to oversee store activities in the absence of salaried management, uphold Mission and Values, and drive aggressive customer service. This role leads associates and manages operations to meet budgeted goals.

The ideal candidate will develop market knowledge, supervise merchandise, and ensure safety and proper store appearance while maintaining flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Coordinate merchandise orders to meet sales trends and customer demand.
• Complete cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Train new team members in product knowledge and selling skills.
