Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Greenville, AL to oversee all store activities in the Store Manager’s absence. The role requires strong leadership to drive aggressive customer service, effective team management, merchandising excellence, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

The candidate must be a proactive problem-solver who aligns with CNRG’s Mission and Values.

Qualifikationen

• Must be certified in all areas in the store including but not limited to inside and outside forklifts, DOT, gate, receiving and service desk
• Must complete the HCI product knowledge course, be able to complete opening and closing procedures and master all store customer service skills

• Exemplify and ensure CNRG’s Mission and Values in daily business and keep associates informed of store expectations
• Ensure aggressive customer service is defined to associates and demonstrated as part of total store operations
• Assist in achieving store budgeted goals through key associates and actions
• Merchandise the retail sales floor to company set standards
• Verify merchandise is received, stored and merchandised safely
• Monitor delivery procedures to ensure on-time loading and courteous pickup
• Pursue new commercial customers while maintaining strong customer service
• Report unusual occurrences to the Store Manager promptly
• Provide direction when Store Manager is absent and ensure policies are followed
• Assist with recruiting, selecting, and training associates
• Help create a team environment
• Lead in safety and operational procedures
• Stock and manage special tasks as assigned by supervisor
