You will supervise associates, ensure merchandising standards, safety procedures, and participate in recruiting and training, with a focus on local market needs and seasonal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise store associates and manage in the Store Manager's absence.
• Familiarity with merchandising and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure aggressive customer service to exceed expectations.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training associates.
• Maintain merchandising standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with delivery and receiving teams to ensure on-time merchandise handling.
