Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee all store activities when management is unavailable. The role emphasizes living CNRG’s Mission and Values and delivering aggressive customer service while guiding associates to achieve store goals.

The Team Leader will develop local market knowledge, supervise daily operations, manage merchandising, inventory accuracy, safety, and staff training. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Formación

• Experience supervising customer-facing teams in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, safety, and store procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations in absence of management.
• Ensure high levels of customer service.
• Coach and supervise associates.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock levels.
• Coordinate with management to meet budgeted goals.
