Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead in the Store Manager’s absence and exemplify our Mission and Values. The role emphasizes aggressive customer service, store operations, merchandising, and team leadership to meet budgeted goals and local market needs.

The Assistant Store Manager will supervise associates, assist with hiring and training, and ensure adherence to company standards in all departments, including safety and forklift/DOT

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage with limited supervision.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors and associates.
• Ability to interpret data in statistical or numerical form for decision making.
• Detail oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store associates and manage total store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Deliver aggressive customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist in achieving store budgeted goals through key associates and actions.
• Merchandise the sales floor to company standards.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage and merchandising of merchandise.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure prompt checkout for customers.
• Recruit, select and train associates; foster a team environment.
• Ensure certification in all required store areas and maintain knowledge through trainings.
