Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and team.
• Develop operational action plans to improve store performance.
• Manage schedules and training opportunities for staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and product signage accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, cash control, and loss prevention measures.
• Support store payroll and budget goals in coordination with leadership.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for store personnel.
