Job summary

H&M is seeking a Store Manager for a location in Morrow, GA. You will lead the store team to deliver a premium omni-channel customer experience, uphold visual and commercial standards, and drive sales and profitability.

You will coach and develop staff, manage scheduling and store operations, and collaborate with the Area leadership team to execute local and global strategies. A strong retail background and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a store/retail environment is required.
• Retail management and operations experience.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total omni customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to your store format environment, global guidelines and regional strategies
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Establish, analyze, and follow up on sales & budget goals, and create plans to optimize results
• Ensure personal customer service is provided in all areas of the store, guiding customers through fashion stories and actively selling products
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Schedule to budgeted hours in line with sales budget and commercial activities
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges
• Identify commercial opportunities, maintain competitor awareness, and manage store maintenance cost-effectively
• Ensure all admin routines for both people and operations are handled correctly
• Keep fashion knowledge up to date and ensure staff can relay it to customers
• Lead talent and performance management, including recruiting, onboarding, upskilling, and development
• Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning to support business needs
