• Own total omni-channel customer experience in store.

• Set and monitor sales and budget goals; create optimization plans.
• Ensure personal customer service; actively selling and guiding customers.
• Promote Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, store routines, and admin compliance.
