Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and customer service excellence.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory standards to drive sales and productivity.
• Manage cash handling, store policies, and store safety in line with Miniso guidelines.
• Support recruitment, scheduling, and retention of store staff.
