Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily activity.
• Support Store Manager by ensuring smooth store operations and driving sales.
• Drive customer engagement with the membership program and build loyalty.
• Mentor trainee associates, achieve sales targets, and support business growth.
• Assist in inventory management, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Participate in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention.
