Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Consistently embody and promote the Miniso mission and core values.
• Ensure seamless store execution: outstanding customer service, merchandising standards, SOP adherence, and sales performance.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program to boost loyalty and sales.
• Oversee all store operations and performance to develop employees and meet sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with feedback and career development plans.
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management; manage cash handling and safety.
• Serve as liaison with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Operate computers/printers, manage schedules, maintain store cleanliness; ensure visuals align with guidelines.
• Plan strategically to boost store presence, traffic, and overall store growth.
• Address issues from staff and customers with quick, effective solutions.
