Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Liberty Township, OH to support Store Manager in daily operations, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and promote the MINISO membership program to strengthen customer loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Travel between locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related fields is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and productivity goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Drive sales by promoting the membership program and building customer loyalty.
• Assist in inventory management, shipments processing, damages/returns, and supplies control.
• Participate in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention efforts for store talent.
• Handle cash and POS procedures; ensure a clean, safe store environment.
