Jared, part of Signet Jewelers Limited, seeks a General Manager to lead the store’s culture, customer experience, and business performance in Minneapolis. You’ll own the total store experience, balancing luxury service with operational excellence and talent development.

You’ll drive profitability, coach talent, recruit, and create an inclusive, people-first environment while upholding Jared’s brand standards and clienteling traditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required.
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required.

• Drive Business & Operational Excellence across sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience.
• Own total store performance and ensure alignment with brand standards.
