Signet Jewelers is seeking a General Manager for Jared, charged with the total store experience and leadership of brand standards, clienteling, and exceptional service. You’ll drive profitability, coach a diverse team, and elevate the customer journey across luxury jewelry offerings.

You’ll lead a culture of accountability, compassion, and operational excellence, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Jared’s elevated brand and strategies that boost store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performance.
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities.
• Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence.
• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
