Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily performance, develop talent, and elevate the luxury customer experience. You will coach from the sales floor, ensure adherence to brand standards, and partner with the General Manager to drive selling excellence and operational focus.

You will also help shape customer interactions, guide clienteling initiatives, and support onboarding and training to build a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment.
