Jared, a national luxury jewelry brand, seeks a General Manager to own the store culture, customer experience, and business performance. This leader balances luxury service with operational excellence, talent development, and strategic leadership to create a destination experience powered by people and brand standards.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, lead appointment-based selling, and ensure brand standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience with or without management experience
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching and execution
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies to improve performance
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities
• Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence
• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences
