J Jared, a Jared store location in Edina, MN, is seeking a General Manager to orchestrate store culture, customer experience, and business results. You will balance luxury service, operations, talent development, and strategic leadership to create an elevated destination.

You’ll drive the total store experience, coach teams, manage appointments, and ensure brand standards across all touchpoints while delivering growth and profitability.

Qualifications

3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales with 1+ year management experience.
Specialty retail/jewelry experience preferred.
Proven ability to coach, hold teammates accountable, and drive results.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations and customer experience.
Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies to improve results.
