You’ll drive sales, profitability, and visual standards while coaching teammates, building client relationships, and creating a dynamic, high-performing team. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a luxury or jewelry environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing staff.
