Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a General Manager to own the total store experience, balancing luxury service, operations, talent development, and strategic leadership. You will create a destination experience powered by people, culture, and meaningful moments.

You'll lead performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure promotions of brand standards while driving sales, profitability, and customer confidence in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience.
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required.

Responsabilités

• Drive Business & Operational Excellence: Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performance.
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities.
• Lead the Total Store Experience: Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence.
• Ensure every touchpoint reflects Jared’s elevated brand standards.
• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences.
• Inspire high-performance behaviors through floor presence and visible leadership.
• Coach & Develop Talent: Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
• Create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth.
• Develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning.
