You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff, forecast and deliver against sales goals, oversee visual merchandising, operations, and compliance, and foster an inclusive brand culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store leadership in retail or luxury services.
• Proven sales leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/clienteling tools.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and selling standards to deliver premium client experiences.
• Drive clienteling and omni-channel strategies with CRM usage and proactive outreach.
• Coach team and manage performance with regular reviews.
• Forecast and deliver against sales and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to execute strategies.
• Maintain visual directives and store presentations.
• Oversee operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory integrity.
