You will champion brand standards, recruit and onboard new staff, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS processes while maintaining an inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and staff; multi-tasking ability.
• Minimum 2+ years in a retail management or floor-lead role.
• Comfort with omni-channel selling and clienteling systems.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong digital literacy.
• Fluent English; luxury/premium retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities
