Qualifications

• 3+ years of store leadership in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; data-driven decisions.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and selling standards to deliver premium client experience.
• Drive clienteling and omni-channel strategies, CRM usage, and KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage performance; conduct regular evaluations.
• Own store financials: forecasting, planning, and metrics delivery.
• Oversee visual merchandising, store maintenance, and loss prevention.
