Job summary

ELSE COMPLEX is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a large-format retail store, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a multi-department team to meet targets and uphold brand standards, ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Retail Management and 5+ years in retail leadership. Excellent leadership, communication, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Set up and prepare milling machines with proper tools, work pieces, and settings.
• Team Leadership: Develop shift rosters, assign duties, and monitor employee performance.
• Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution.
• Sales & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and drive daily targets.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment and prevent shrinkage.
