Calculated Hire seeks an experienced retail store leader to drive merchandising, operations, and associates to deliver exceptional customer service and strong financial results. You will manage daily store performance, coaching teams and implementing budgets while upholding company values and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a solid track record in retail leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain a premier shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; leadership experience valued.
• 3+ years of retail experience and prior assistant store leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing financial responsibilities, including budget preparation and management.
• Successful completion of Leadership Essentials Program or equivalent.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in planning and executing merchandising and operations initiatives to keep the store customer-ready daily.
• Collaborate with leaders and associates to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Aim to achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and profit budgets and goals.
• Manage labor and costs daily to meet customer service and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and division policies.
• Foster inclusion and engage with local community organizations; coordinate with union representatives if applicable.
• Communicate essential information to associates to perform duties effectively.
• Oversee staffing, retention and turnover management.
