Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience leading teams in big-box/high-volume retail.
• Proven ability to manage $5M+ annual revenue or budget.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
