Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership: natural coach who motivates teams and leads by example.
• Operational know-how: inventory, scheduling, cash handling, vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset: quick on your feet, calm under pressure.
• Tech comfort: familiar with POS systems and basic software.
