Qualifications

• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Leadership: motivates teams, builds trust, leads by example.
• Operational know-how: inventory, scheduling, cash handling, vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset: quick on your feet, calm under pressure, solution-oriented.
• Tech comfort: familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
