David’s Bridal is seeking a dynamic Store Manager in Ohio to lead a high-performing team and deliver five-star customer service. You will coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll within budget, and drive sales performance across the floor and alterations.

The role requires retail management experience in apparel, a high school diploma or degree, and proficiency with POS systems. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits at our North Olmsted location.

Qualifications

• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• High School Diploma or degree.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsabilités

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor by assigning shifts and providing feedback to ensure five-star customer experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll and ensure hours stay within budget.
• Lead store toward achieving monthly income goals and inventory accuracy.
