David's Bridal is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver five-star customer service. You will manage floor operations, coach staff, and ensure execution of sales plans while maintaining strong payroll practices and inventory controls.

The role requires retail management experience in apparel, a POS background, and a commitment to a high-performance, inclusive team culture. Full-time, onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage active floor staffing by assigning shifts and reviewing results to ensure a five-star experience.
• Provide coaching and training to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll to help keep hours within budget and acknowledge timesheets.
• Drive store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals through performance-based leadership.
• Oversee inventory management, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs, and quality standards.
