David’s Bridal is seeking a Store Manager to build a high performing team, cultivate world-class customer service, and exceed sales plans. You are a dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leader who mentors staff and strengthens relationships with customers.

Essential duties include leading a customer-first culture, managing payroll within budget, achieving monthly income goals, monitoring inventory and repairs, and developing a strong staffing bench to fill positions within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsabilités

• Lead a customer-first culture across all roles and ensure a five-star customer experience.
• Manage payroll to stay within monthly budget and verify timesheets for all shifts.
• Drive store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals with front-of-house and alterations.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and ensure first-quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive actions through team updates and feedback.
• Develop staffing bench and fill open positions within 30 days.
