David's Bridal is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver world-class customer service, and exceed sales plans. You will mentor staff, drive five-star service, and ensure efficient store operations including payroll, inventory, and coaching.

Ideal applicants have 4+ years retail management in apparel, and experience with a computerized POS system. Full-time, in-store role with competitive benefits in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture across roles.
• Manages payroll to stay within monthly budget and approves timesheets.
• Achieves Total Monthly Income goals through foundation of excellence and leadership.
• Oversees inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs to ensure quality.
• Communicates daily sales goals and drives action through internal updates.
• Builds a strong talent pipeline and fills open positions within 30 days.
