Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will collaborate with a leadership group to execute merchandising plans, drive profitability, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead store team, including training and coaching.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure in-stock conditions.
