Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Support in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs and promoting loyalty programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions and maintain store cleanliness and safety; ensure in-stock products.
