Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader
• Demonstrated ability to retain qualified applicants and develop leaders
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
• Proficient cash handling and fuel transactions; promote loyalty program
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and stock levels
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel
• High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience acceptable

Responsibilities
