Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and ensuring stock.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance while employed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team to drive profitability and customer service excellence.
• Develop the skills of the entire store team through training and coaching.
• Execute merchandising and marketing initiatives to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize store reports and P&L data to implement changes.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and safe fuel transactions while promoting loyalty rewards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant store environment with stocked products.
