Job summary

Buckle in Houston is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the most enjoyable shopping experience for every Guest. In this role you will support store leadership with sales, merchandising, training, and daily operations, and you will work closely with the Store Manager to recruit Teammates and develop the team.

The AIT role leads to the Assistant Manager position, sharing responsibility for supervising, coaching, and maintaining Buckle’s standards.
