Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is actively seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store management in delivering the best guest experience. The role involves a mix of sales, merchandising, hiring, and leadership tasks, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to build sales and leadership capacity.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, applying product knowledge, and coaching Teammates to meet Buckle standards across all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with ability to lead and coach teammates.
• Ability to develop guests and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork within a store leadership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary guest service.
• Assist in cashiering, merchandising, and store operations as assigned.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead by example with showmanship and leadership actions.
