The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader who will help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and help recruit and develop Teammates while modeling outstanding guest service. You will be responsible for coaching teams, maintaining store standards, executing promotions, and supporting daily store operations to drive performance and guest

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop Teammates and support store operations.
• Experience in guest service, sales and merchandising is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales presentations, product knowledge, and store standards.
